Swedish speaking Customer Administrator (Paris)

compensation: around 1500 euro net p/m

Have you always wanted to work abroad? Why not apply for this interesting job in beautiful Paris, the capital city of France, famous for its art, fashion, gastronomy and culture! The role itself will be based in the north side of Paris and you will be part of an international service team for a very well-known automotive brand.

As a Customer Administrator you will receive incoming calls, email as well as video chats from your clients in Sweden. Existing customers will be in touch with a variety of queries and your task is to respond in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will receive incoming requests from potential new customers that may be would like to arrange a test drive with one of the new cars. It will be your task to arrange and coordinate this with the in-country dealerships. This is a varied role with lots of different administrative tasks and where you will need to take ownership over the issues that arise.

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Swedish
- Good command of English
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills
- Computer literate
- Eagerness to learn and develop

Full paid training will be provided. Competitive Salary plus monthly bonusses.
