Hi, my name is Fred. I’m a certified teacher from the French national board of education, and I’ve been teaching French for over twenty years to students from many countries and backgrounds.
I’ve always been struck by how many people want to learn French—and how often they feel stuck along the way.
Learning French isn’t difficult in itself. But it is a complex journey. It takes regular practice, curiosity, motivation, and sometimes a bit of demystification to move past the usual blocks.
If you’ve already started learning French—whether you’re a professional, an expat in France, preparing for an exam, or mainly focused on conversation—and you feel stuck.
If your goal is to feel more at ease speaking and writing, and to make French part of your everyday life—

Whether you’re at an intermediate or advanced level, we’ll start with an initial conversation to understand where you are and where you want to go. From there, I’ll design a learning program tailored to your goals and rhythm—conversation first, with a clear and gradual introduction to reading and writing to support deeper learning.
For those who wish, I also encourage students to validate their progress through official certifications such as the TCF, TEF, DELF, or DALF. Many of my students reach DELF B2.
