Memories France is a fast-growing Paris-based tour operator delivering curated, high-quality cultural experiences at some of the city’s most iconic museums and landmarks. Our tours are led by licensed guides who are passionate about sharing French cultural heritage with visitors from around the world.
We are currently looking for dynamic and adaptable Tourism Coordinators and Audio Logistics Coordinators to join our team.
Team members may be required to perform both roles depending on scheduling and operational requirements.
As an Onsite Tour Coordinator:
-Welcome and assist English-speaking visitors at designated tour meeting points
-Carry out guest check-in and organise participants into groups ready for guide assignment
-Distribute, manage, and oversee audio headsets for tours
-Report real-time operational updates to Head Office via WhatsApp, including tour departures and any relevant incidents
-Work closely with guides to ensure tours begin on schedule
-Ensure a smooth guest experience by answering questions and providing on-site support when needed
-Maintain a high level of customer care by responding to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner
The Onsite Coordinator role is primarily outdoor-based and involves standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift.
As an Audio Logistics Coordinator:
-Welcome guides at one our three desk locations and assist them with their audio needs
-Prepare and distribute headsets for upcoming tours, ensuring all equipment is ready, functional and correctly assigned
-Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and properly organised
The Audio Logistics Coordinator role is mainly indoor-based but may require working across different locations depending on operational needs.
Required Skills and Qualities:
-Fluency in both English and French is essential; additional languages are an advantage
-Strong punctuality and reliability
-Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a busy, fast-paced environment
-Excellent multitasking and organisational skills
-Good knowledge of Paris, including key landmarks and public transport
