Freddy’s BBQ is looking for an assistant to our chef, who will learn to cut, smoke, and serve meats like a pitmaster, as well as typical restaurant duties like cold prep, sides, packaging orders, and cleaning.
Must be impeccably clean and orderly, but enjoy loud music and rapidfire English. (French is also required to interface with customers!)
Professional kitchen experience is preferred, but passionate beginners are welcome to apply.
The boring but necessary details:
Must have valid working papers
5 days on/2 days off (35 hour CDI)
Mutuelle and 50% of transport
Salary dependent on experience
