As a Customer Administrator you will receive incoming calls, email as well as video chats from your clients in Germany. Existing customers will be in touch with a variety of queries and your task is to respond in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will receive incoming requests from potential new customers that may be would like to arrange a test drive with one of the new cars. It will be your task to arrange and coordinate this with the in-country dealerships. This is a varied role with lots of different administrative tasks and where you will need to take ownership over the issues that arise.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in German
- Good command of English
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills
- Computer literate
- Eagerness to learn and develop
