In 1973 Kawasaki released the world's first jet ski ever made in a very small production shop in Akashi, Japan
They made only 500 they were hand laid fiberglass (which made them 40lbs lighter)with wooden bulkheads. This ski was the 42nd one ever made!
I have touched, clean or replaced every inch of this ski. I tried to save every original part I could.
All cables,gaskets,seals have been replaced. Has a rebuilt crankshaft, new pistons, rings.
Starts, this ski is not perfect it is 51 years old!. I have a clean Utah registration in my name.
Has not been on the water and has zero scratches. Own a piece of American Watercraft History. Most of these ski are in museums.
