- Tons of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood (the lively streets are rue Losserand and rue d'Alésia)
- No washing machine or dryer in the appartment, HOWEVER, a laundry facility is located directly across the street
- TENANT must obtain his/her own electricity contract + tenant housing insurance "assurance locataire" (+ internet if you need a connection beyond your phone's shared connection)
- NO agency fees ;-)
